2021 Japan Electronic Components and Manufacturing Equipment Exhibition is a large-scale electronic design, R&D and manufacturing technology exhibition in Asia. Every year, many innovative achievements of the electronic manufacturing industry will be displayed at the Tokyo Electronic Components Exhibition. Japan Tokyo International Electronic Components and Manufacturing Equipment Exhibition consists of 7 industry exhibitions and technical conferences, covering the fields of SMT, IC packaging, PCB/PWB, measurement/analysis, electronic components/materials, and precision processing. As a comprehensive exhibition of "electronic packaging&manufacturing", NEPCON JAPAN has been growing with the development of Japan's electronic industry since 1972. In 2000, the exhibition added IC packaging technology, printed circuit boards and electronic components, further improving the value of the exhibition, making it an "international comprehensive exhibition in the fields of electronic research and development, design and manufacturing".
