Float ball pressure gauge is a newly developed pressure reference instrument. The output air pressure signal is an ideal device for calibrating various pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters and precision pressure gauges.
Measuring range: 0.001~0.25MPa, 0.005~0.6 MPa;
Accuracy level: 0.05 level;
Pressure transmission medium: clean, dry air or nitrogen;
The floating ball pressure gauge is equipped with a regulator, no need to do any operation after adding or subtracting weights, it can output a stable pressure, which is extremely convenient to use;
The float ball does not drop when working, and the pressure signal can be output continuously for a long time;
When the float pressure gauge is working, the airflow is discharged from around the float into the atmosphere, so that the ball is suspended in the nozzle;
Avoid contact between the ball and the nozzle. Therefore, it not only has the characteristics of low friction, good repeatability,and high resolution ability, but also eliminates the necessity of rotating weights;
Each weight is equipped with an adjustment cavity, which is convenient for periodic inspection and adjustment; non-magnetic stainless steel weights;

The instrument should be stored indoors, with an ambient temperature of 5~35℃, and a relative humidity of less than 80%.
