In the 3D vision application scheme, OPT also showed the glue road quality inspection that is widely used in the industry, such as 3C general electronic products, PCB boards, chips and other industries need to be glued, pasted and fixed, which has always been a major problem in visual inspection. Because the 3D sensor adopts a high dynamic algorithm, even if it is a transparent colloid, it can accurately locate the edge contour position of the colloid, with an accuracy of micrometer; On this basis, combined with the operator block of the visual software, the height and width of the glue road can be quickly calculated to determine whether there is a missing glue road.

Intelligent code reading application to quickly identify various special barcodes
In the field of machine vision applications, industrial code reading technology is widely used to track and manage the entire life cycle from the supply chain to finished products, and is an important way to achieve quality control. OPT has presented a number of code reading schemes this time, including the reading of deformed reflective barcode, glass secret code, camera DM code, etc., which basically covers the code reading requirements under the complex background of various industries.

OPT intelligent code reader integrates multiple algorithms, such as depth learning, distortion correction, focusing and decoding, to achieve automatic focusing, fast and clear imaging, and is not affected by barcode blurring, low contrast, etc., so it can read codes efficiently and accurately.
For the code reading scene of arc surface simulated on site, the curved bar code is easy to produce distortion and reflection, which affects the code reading rate. The multiple light sources of the intelligent code reader are independent and controllable, which can adjust the appropriate light source lighting according to the field application environment, supplemented by the polarization filter design to remove the impact of reflective noise and obtain complete barcode information; At the same time, the deformed bar code is automatically corrected by the correction algorithm, and the reading is stable.

Among them, the batch barcode reading is a great test of the performance of the reader in processing data. The intelligent reader uses multi-core heterogeneous parallel computing, which can process the collected image information in a multi-threaded manner without waiting for decoding; The mobile phone glass secret code scheme uses a specific angle lighting method and a telecentric lens to achieve clear imaging, which can clearly present the invisible code on the glass product.
