Recently, the first 220kV three-phase step-up power transformer of "Youth Pioneer" Xinjiang Hydroelectric Shache of Baoding Transformer Electric Co., Ltd. passed the test at one time, and all indicators and parameters met the requirements of national standards and agreements. On November 7, the transformer was loaded and sent to Shache Photovoltaic Power Generation Park in Kashi, Xinjiang, 4600 kilometers away, marking the perfect end of the production task of "Youth Pioneer" undertaken by the Youth League Committee of Baoding Transformer Electric Co., Ltd.
It only took 33 days for the product to pass the test from feeding production. Each department ensures that the production process is well controlled by precisely controlling the rhythm of each production process; Follow up and serve each production process in the whole process, not missing every detail; Reasonably plan and optimize resource allocation, unblock communication and feedback channels, achieve seamless connection of production links, and finally ensure the manufacturing cycle and one-time test qualification of products. During this period, the youth members of the Communist Party and Youth League of the Company have always been on the front line, fearing no challenge, facing difficulties, working overtime at weekends, and completing the production test task of "Youth Pioneer" with quality and quantity guaranteed in the shortest time.
