On April 5th, the first batch of two 1000 kV transformers in the Changtai 1000 kV substation of the UHV AC power transmission and transformation project in Fujian North Electric Power Co., Ltd. successfully departed from Baobian Electric Qinbian Company.
In May 2022, won the bid for 7 sets of 1000 kV transformers in Changtai 1000 kV substation of Fuxia Engineering of State Grid Corporation. The first 1,000 kV transformer will be commissioned in September 2022.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and improve the design, R&D and manufacturing level of the company's transformers, before the products are put into production, Baobian Electric and Qinbian Company respectively set up special leading groups and project organizations to coordinate and allocate resources in all aspects of production and manufacturing.
During the production process, facing the situation of tight production cycle, domestic outbreak of epidemic situation, and difficult delivery tasks, all departments carried forward the spirit of hard work and indomitable struggle, defying difficulties, facing up to difficulties, leaving the small family for everyone, and carefully deploying various The work has fully guaranteed the smooth implementation of the product production of the project.
In order to ensure the smooth loading and shipping of the first batch of products of this project, before the products leave the factory for testing, communication and liaison have been carried out for various tasks related to transportation, and the transportation ships have been coordinated to arrive at the loading port in time. After the product test is completed, the product improvement and finishing work will be carried out immediately, and the delivery channel of the production workshop will be fully cleaned to ensure that the product can be hoisted and loaded from the workshop without obstacles and safely. Through the seamless connection and cooperation of all links, it was finally ensured that the first batch of two 1,000 kV transformers produced by the project were shipped from Qinbian Company with high quality and high efficiency.
The first batch of products of Changtai 1000 kV substation of Fujian North Power South Transmission UHV AC Transmission Project is scheduled to arrive at the substation in late April, and the on-site installation of 1000 kV transformers will be carried out successively according to the transportation progress and on-site work requirements .
