AMAL Service Robot

Amal, a commercial service robot independently developed by STEP, is equipped with an exclusive ANOS navigation and positioning system and ACOS cloud operation and maintenance system. It supports intelligent interaction with elevator control, telephone network, hotel management, mobile software, unmanned vending machine and other systems. Various core technologies such as autonomous navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance, elevator ride, automatic charging, call, remote control command, remote operation and maintenance, self-disinfection and personalized settings provide customers with “more efficient”, “safer” “simpler”and “better” intelligent services in diverse scenarios of delivery, guest-greeting, guidance, and publicity.

Cloud operation and maintenance and intelligent upgrade create a cloud operation and maintenance platform for ACOS service robots. It supports various remote operation and maintenance technologies such as cloud deployment, upgrade, monitoring and scheduling.

Multi-machine and multi-elevator scheduling system technical superiority of STEP elevator control enables the robot to seamlessly work with elevators, realize the linkage of multiple robots and intelligent scheduling of elevators.
