Product feature and purpose:
Household electrical wire
Household electrical wire also known as insulated wire, is a type of wire that is divided into electromagnetic wire and general insulated wire according to its use. Insulated wire refers to the wire covered with an insulating layer, suitable for rated voltage 450/750V and below the power plant, fixed wiring and flexible connection of electrical appliances. According to the number of strands of each wire, insulated wires can be divided into single strand and multi-strand wires, of which 6 square millimeters and below insulated wires can be single strand or multi-strand wires, and more than 6 square millimeters are multi-strand wires. The hard wire (single strand) is represented by "B", and the soft wire (multi-strand) is represented by "R". Common insulating materials include polyvinyl chloride (denoted by "V") and polyethylene (denoted by "Y").
The use of cloth wire is wide, including home decoration, industrial applications. In home decoration, cloth wire is one of the most commonly used soft and hard wires, also known as BV wire, referred to as plastic copper wire. It is suitable for power plants, household appliances, instruments and telecommunication equipment with AC voltage of 450/750V and below. Common cloth wire models include BV (copper core PVC insulated wire), BVR (copper core PVC insulated flexible wire) and so on.
The types of wire also include flame retardant wire series, fire-resistant wire series, halogen-free low-smoke wire series and soft wire series. For example, ZC-BV represents copper core PVC insulated fire-retardant wire, while NH-BV represents copper core PVC insulated fire-resistant wire. These wires can maintain normal power supply for a period of time in emergency situations such as fire to ensure safety. In addition, there are WDZ-BYJ halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant copper core cross-linked polyolefin insulated wires, which are suitable for places with high safety and environmental protection requirements.
Operative standard:
GB/T 12706,IEC 60502 and relevant domestic and international standard. For example,BS,VDE,JIS,AEIC,and GB JL LHA NRLH JK series so on.
Operational performance:
The maximum allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor:90 C in normal condition and 250 C in case of short circuit (maximum duration of short circuit is 5s).
