It has done a lot of effective work in serving the government, industry and enterprise members, and has maintained close contact with relevant international organizations in the United States, Japan, Germany, etc. In the face of the current situation, when putting forward the next step of work ideas, in view of the research theme, he put forward suggestions such as strengthening party building and discipline inspection, establishing a full-time cadre exchange mechanism, and establishing a discussion alliance of system units to play a joint role in business.

The comrades present at the meeting discussed and exchanged views on the suggestions put forward, straightened out the issues related to foreign affairs, personnel approval and strengthening the management of branches after the decoupling reform, and focused on promoting the "double carbon" standard, new energy and energy storage equipment, cross-border integrated development, giving play to comprehensive and professional advantages, strengthening coordination, and achieving win-win results.

President Xu Niansha made a concluding speech. First, we should take the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the basic requirements of the "National Character" Association. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is a milestone. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out the direction of the cause of the Party and the country. Under the conditions of adhering to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and developing the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, how to develop trade associations, how to play a role in federations and professional associations, and how to handle the relationship with government departments are different from those in economically developed countries. We should jointly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Second, we should give full play to the role of the Association. The electrical industry plays an important role in the development of China's national economy, making great contributions to the construction of a modern industrial system and providing great support to employment. The Electrotechnical Association is also the only leading association in the electrical industry. It has made outstanding achievements in development over the years. Its members have strong momentum. They have learned a lot from research and should maintain sustainable development.

Third, we should work together to solve the problems we face. The first is the political construction, organizational construction, integrity construction, etc. of the Association. Under the background that the Association is uncoupled and the Party building work needs to be strengthened, how to solve the new problems encountered in the political construction, the rectification problems sorted out in the inspection, the talent team construction and other problems, and implement the requirements for strengthening the Party building work of the Association put forward by Secretary Hao Peng of the SASAC during the investigation; The second is how to give full play to the functions of the association, solve the problems of positioning and survival, value and resources, and achieve social recognition of their own value. We hope to study and explore together.
