On July 18, the latest data released by the China Electricity Council showed that since the beginning of summer, due to the growth of power consumption in key industries, high temperature weather and other factors, the power generation and daily coal consumption have remained high and gradually increased. On July 13, the national dispatching power generation capacity reached 27.854 billion kilowatt hours, and the maximum dispatching load reached 1.222 billion kilowatts, both of which reached a record high. At present, the overall coal inventory of domestic power plants has decreased by 1.48 million tons month on month, but is higher than 31.4 million tons in the same period, maintaining the highest level in the same period of two years, and the available days of inventory are 19.2 days.
