Since this year, Li Jinde Model Worker Innovation Studio has, in accordance with the requirements of the company's trade union, fully relied on the professional and technical advantages of the studio, and made efforts to build a team of technical and skilled talents with excellent quality, reasonable structure and unique characteristics, making positive contributions to the high-quality development of the enterprise. Up to now, the studio has conducted 20 "mentoring" training activities, with 298 trainees.
In view of the new requirements put forward by the continuous progress of product technology on the operating skills of front-line employees, the studio has targeted the training of all employees in combination with the product characteristics. The studio gives full play to the technical advantages of core members, and takes independent training as the main task. They made use of the pre shift meeting, combined with the technical characteristics of this process, to carry out training and teaching for team leaders and technical backbones. At the same time, design and process technology experts have been invited for many times to carry out thematic technology promotion and research on product structure upgrading and process technology improvement, promote product structure optimization and process technology progress, and promote the quality of front-line employees.
In order to further improve the quality awareness of employees, the studio held a 20-year review and review activity of workshop product quality in view of the product quality rebound and on-site feedback cases that occurred this year. Through reflection and summary, we learned from the past and learned from the new, purposefully uncovered the scars and talked about experience, and strengthened the quality awareness of employees, so that the quality of employees was further consolidated and improved.
In order to effectively ensure the smooth progress of the skills competition, the studio also carried out several pre competition organization and training of the sky lathe workers' skills competition to stimulate the employees' urgent desire to learn technology, practice skills and promote production.
In addition, the studio also completed the 10th issue of the electronic bulletin of the Sound of Assembly. The main content of The Sound of Assembly is not fixed, but covers a wide range of topics. It is mainly based on the actual work of the workshop and the needs of employees. The content includes: quality control, transformer expertise, training lectures for famous teachers, technical research materials, technical exchanges, etc. It is an effective way for the studio to "pass on help" and is popular with front-line employees.
